Below is the list of documents required for each activity. Please go through them in detail to expedite your process. For more information reach out to us via email or phone and we will happily help you with your documentation.
- Allotment Certificate (if issued)
- Site Plan
- Sub-License No.2 Form
- 99 Years Lease (if executed)
- Ground rent challan (Paid up to date)
- Death Certificate duly issued by NADRA and duly attested by the Notary Public (In case of Overseas Pakistanis- the Death Certificate should be attested by the relevant Pakistani Embassy). *This Is only in case of Successor Transfer/Mutation.
- Letter of Administration issued by the Competent court of law.
- Sale Deed/ Conveyance Deed/ Gift Deed/ Declaration of Oral Gift only by a blood relative/ Assignment Deed/ Relinquishment Deed/ Release Deed, Surrender Deed, Registered General Power of Attorney having jurisdiction of property etc., (if executed).
Note: Mutation cannot be executed upon any kind of power of attorney.
- Indemnity Bond (Rs.100/-) (2+2 copies) duly attested by the Notary Public
- Undertaking (Rs.100/-) (2+2) duly attested by the Notary Public
- Affidavit (Rs.20 or Rs.50/-) (2+2 copies) duly attested by the Notary Public
- Membership form with affidavit for confirmation of Hyderabadis OR Associate membership form with affidavit for non-Hyderabadis
- ID cards of both parties, Vendor(s) & Vendee(s)/ all legal heirs/Donner(s)-Donnee(s) duly attested by the Notary public.
- Notification/Publication in Daily Jang newspaper or Daily Dawn newspaper showing the complete details of all parties, property(s) as well as the complete addresses of the BYJCHS, KCHSU Ltd & Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan Islamabad.
- Advance Notice
- Contact details of the person who intends to submit the case along with proper authorization letter duly attested by the Notary public.
- Pay Order(s) of Mutation/Transfer Fee as well as other fees/Misc. Charges in the name of the “Bahadur Yar Jung Cooperative Housing Society.”
Note:
- No case of Mutation/Transfer will be accepted unless the above essential requirements are completed by the applicant(s)
- The Bahadur Yar Jung Cooperative Housing Society reserves the right to call/claim/ask for any additional or further documents which it deems appropriate for confirmation of case as per circumstances.
- That in case of any legal objection(s) raised by the Bahadur Yar Jung Cooperative Housing Society or its legal advisor, the same must be removed/complied with within the stipulated period.
- All the above documents will be submitted in the form of four (4) sets duly attested, each covering the application duly signed by the applicant(s).

- Owner’s application for demolition
- Undertaking (On Rs.100/- Stamp paper) (2 original) (2 copies)
- Last Mutation letters of Society, KCHSU and Ministry of Housing & Works.
- Site Plan (2 Copies)
- SBCA Demolition form in original, filled and signed by owner.
- Photocopy of Owner’s valid CNIC (2 copies)
- Pay Order in the name of “Bahadur Yar Jung Co-operative Housing Society Ltd”.
Note: All above documents should be duly signed, attested, and notarized.
Three sets of the following
- Owner’s application for proposed building plan
- Undertaking (On Rs.100/- Stamp paper) (2 copies) (2 original)
- Last Mutation letters of Society, KCHSU and Ministry of Housing & Works.
- Site Plan (3 Copies)
- SBCA Proposed building plan form in original, duly filled and signed by owner.
- Proposed building plan (12 sets)
- SBCA Demolition permission
- Photocopy of Owner’s valid CNIC (3 copies)
- Pay Order in the name of “Bahadur Yar Jung Co-operative Housing Society Ltd”.
Note: All above documents should be duly signed, attested, and notarized.
(Only for Roads already declared commercial by the MPGO)

- Owner’s application for conversion of residential plot to commercial.
- Affidavit (On Rs.100/- Stamp paper)
- Undertaking (On Rs.100/- Stamp paper) (4 original) (4 copies)
- Indemnity Bond (On Rs.100/- Stamp paper)
- Town planner letter
- Last Mutation letters of Society, KCHSU and Ministry of Housing & Work (4 copies)

- SBCA Completion plan with approval letter (4 copies)

- Last Mutation letters of Society, KCHSU and Ministry of Housing & Works. (2 copies)
- Allotment letter (4 copies)
- Site plan (2 copies)
